All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your item ships. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail depending on the order size and weight. Upgraded shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
3D Possum Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or customs. Once your package leaves our hands, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
